Bargh, 45, of Rawcliffe, near Goole, denied sexually assaulting the teenage girl on July 11, but he was convicted by a jury after a trial. He had been released from prison as supposedly 'safe', despite a judge warning that Bargh was a 'very serious threat to the public, particularly young girls', Hull Crown Court heard. Three years after he was released in 2019, he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl in 'broad daylight' in a skate park after prowling around looking for a 'suitable victim'.
